Awesome.
I don't know what punctuation you have at your disposal, but for future billboards, something like:
CHENEY: FISHING. RICE: SHOPPING.
BUSH: NOT WATCHING CNN.
might be a tad easier to parse, especially between 'fishing' and 'rice'. Pedantic, to be sure. But every little improvement in message delivery makes your work that much more powerful.
